ICBC Cases
Our Acupuncturists are capable of treating patients who have been in a motor vehicle accident. Please note: currently, our Registered Massage Therapists are Not available for ICBC clients.
What to Prepare Before Booking for Treatment
You must have the following:
- Active ICBC claim (no deductions from ICBC will apply without ICBC claim #)
- Doctor’s prescription for Registered Massage Therapy/Acupuncture
Payment
For active ICBC claims, you will be approved for an initial 12 treatments up to 12 weeks since the date of your motor vehicle accident.
Use our online booking system and select ICBC Initial Visit or ICBC Subsequent Visit.
If you have extended health benefits:
You may be eligible to receive reimbursement under your policy plan. You may submit the balance of your treatment fee after your ICBC payment has been deducted.
*Please note the cost of the appointments. Patients will have to pay any balance not covered by ICBC payments. This balance may be submitted to one’s extended Health Benefits provider.
