At WestCoast Forest Massage, we offer direct billing with most major insurance providers to make your visit as seamless and stress-free as possible so you can focus on your wellbeing, not paperwork.
Please note:
- Direct billing is provided as a courtesy and is subject to insurer approval at the time of service.
- Clients are responsible for confirming their own coverage details, including eligibility, annual limits, remaining balances, co-payments, and deductibles prior to booking.
- WestCoast Forest Massage is not responsible for claims that are declined, delayed, or unable to be processed by your insurer.
- If direct billing cannot be completed for any reason, full payment will be required at your appointment.
- Any portion not covered by insurance remains the responsibility of the client.
